We offer a 1-year warranty for repairs on customized iPhones from date of purchase. You do not need to take this coverage plan out, we will activate it for you upon purchase.
This warranty only covers the iPhone against manufacturing/ technical issues.
Before submitting your Product for warranty service you should maintain a separate backup copy of the contents of its storage media, remove all personal information that you want to protect and disable all security passwords
This Warranty does not apply:
a) to cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
b) to consumable parts, such as batteries or protective coatings that are designed to diminish over time, unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship
c) to damage caused by use with a third-party component or product that does not meet the IDG Product’s specifications (d) to damage caused by accident, abuse, water, misuse, fire, earthquake or other external cause
d) to damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the iPhone
